SANG GO DAE (hereinafter the "Company") values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Through this Privacy Policy the Company informs you of the purposes and the manner in which the personal information you provide is used, and of the measures taken to protect it.
If the Company revises this Privacy Policy, it will announce the revision through the notices section of the website (or by individual notice). This policy takes effect on 1 January 2026.
Personal information collected
The Company collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultation, service applications and similar purposes.

The Company uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes.

2. Verifying identity and confirming the intent to register for membership services

Retention and use period
Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the Company destroys the information without exception and without delay.
Destruction procedure and method
As a rule the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The procedure and method are as follows.
1. Procedure — Information you enter for membership registration and similar purposes is, once the purpose has been achieved, moved to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper), stored for a set period in accordance with internal policy and the information protection grounds provided by other relevant legislation (see Retention and use period), and then destroyed. Personal information moved to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, except as required by law.
2. Method — Personal information stored as electronic files is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.
Provision of personal information
As a rule the Company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. The following are exceptions.
1. Where users have given their prior consent
2. Where an investigative agency makes a request in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law, pursuant to statutory provisions or for the purposes of an investigation
Consignment of collected personal information
The Company does not consign your information to outside companies without your consent. Should such a need arise in future, the Company will notify you of the consignee and of the details of the consigned work and, where necessary, obtain your prior consent.
Rights of users and legal representatives, and how to exercise them
Users and legal representatives may at any time view or amend the registered personal information of themselves or of a child under the age of 14, and may request cancellation of membership.
To view or amend personal information, click "Change personal information" (or "Edit member information"); to cancel membership (withdraw consent), click "Withdraw membership". After identity verification you may view, correct or withdraw directly. Alternatively, if you contact the personal information manager in writing, by telephone or by e-mail, action will be taken without delay.
If you request the correction of an error in your personal information, the Company will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is complete. Where incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party of the result of the correction without delay so that the correction is made.
Personal information terminated or deleted at the request of a user or legal representative is handled by SANG GO DAE as stated in "Retention and use period of the personal information collected by SANG GO DAE", and is processed so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.

The Company operates "cookies" that store and retrieve your information from time to time. A cookie is a very small text file sent to your browser by the server used to operate the SANG GO DAE website and stored on your computer's hard disk. The Company uses cookies for the purposes set out below.

Analysing the access frequency and visit times of members and non-members, identifying users' tastes and interests, tracking activity, and assessing participation in events and the number of visits, in order to provide targeted marketing and personalised services. By setting the options in your web browser you may allow all cookies, be asked for confirmation each time a cookie is stored, or refuse to store cookies at all.
How to refuse cookies
For example, to refuse cookies you may select the options in the web browser you use so as to allow all cookies, confirm each time a cookie is stored, or refuse all cookies. Please note that if you refuse to allow cookies, there may be difficulties in providing the service.
