Business Model
SANG GO DAE – It produces the best snow flakes!
BUSINESS MODEL
The machine is the start.
Revenue comes from the installed base.
As the number of installed machines grows, revenue repeats through ingredients, parts, menus and spaces.
Below is how a partner earns, and the routes available for entering a market.
Revenue Structure
ONE-TIME
- Machine sale — once, at installation
- Initial setup and training
RECURRING
- Ingredients — repurchased every month
- Menu and recipe collaboration
- Parts and after-sales service
- Store and experience-space operation
- Operating standards and training
Revenue does not come from the margin on one machine. It comes from the size of the installed base.
Routes to Market

ROUTE 01
Beverage Collaboration
Beer, highballs and sours served as snow. New chilled menus placed on a beverage company’s existing sales network. A pilot starts at three outlets, three menus, eight weeks.

ROUTE 02
Brand Store
Machine, ingredients and recipes bundled into one store format and replicated. A single outlet earns from five lines — menu, machines, ingredients, training and service. Standardised after the first store is proven.

ROUTE 03
Snow Experience Space
Tourism, events and showrooms. The machine becomes tourism content, and the experience in turn creates demand for machines. It can be proven first as a small urban experience centre.
The three routes do not compete. Recognition built by one increases the sales of the other two.
