−50℃ Rapid Cooling, Snow the Moment Warm-up Ends — Inside SANG GO DAE's Cooling Technology

Cooling and electronic-control technology developed in-house — the patent that produces snow right after warm-up, and the difference between water- and air-cooling.

The quality of snowflake ice comes down to one thing: how consistently you can produce fine, soft snow. Since its founding, SANG GO DAE has solved this through cooling technology.

−50℃ Rapid Cooling

SANG GO DAE machines rapidly cool the drum surface to −50℃. The moment the base touches the drum it freezes in a thin layer, which is then shaved paper-thin into snow so fine it melts on the tongue.

Snow Right After Warm-up — a Patented Method

Typical machines make you wait after start-up until they reach the target temperature. SANG GO DAE holds a patent on a method that produces snow the moment warm-up ends, cutting opening-prep time and idle loss.

Drum Speed and Feed Control

The in-house electronic-control unit precisely regulates drum rotation speed and the rate at which the base is fed. Whether milk- or fruit-based, it keeps the texture's thickness and softness consistent.

Water-cooled and Air-cooled

Water-cooled (W) units expel heat quickly through cooling water, excelling at continuous, high-volume production, while air-cooled (A) units are easy to install with no plumbing. Choose based on your environment and output goals.

Cooling is quality. It is the one thing SANG GO DAE has focused on since day one.
